Change or Invite Providers to the Encounter as a Coordinator
1. Navigate to the Invite Providers Tab in an Encounter room
Click on Invite Providers to toggle and select providers
2. Select the Providers
3. Stop Inviting Providers
Clicking this button will dismiss the Provider Search section. You will still be allowed to invite providers by repeating step 2.
4. Designate a Primary Treating Physician
Clicking the PROMOTE button will make one of the invited providers the Primary Treating Physician which means that this provider will be shown in every area where the encounter will be shown.
5. Remove Providers From the Encounter
Removing the provider from the encounter will remove them from the list of providers that can be invited. A removed provider can be invited again by searching for the provider again in step 2.
