Schedule an Appointment as a Coordinator

1. Navigate to Schedule an Appointment

Or the Top Navigation Bar

2. Open Work Status and Schedule New Appointment

  1. Input the provider for the appointment
  2. Select the patient for the appointment

3. Select the Date for the Appointment

Calendar Month view will automatically switch to Calendar Day view once Date is selected. Refer to the Legend above the calendar to differentiate between Provider Availability Schedule and Encounter Types.

  • Click on a DATE
  • You can toggle from Month, Week, or Day view

4. Select the Time for the Appointment

Click on Time Slot to reserve allotted Provider time

5. Create the Appointment

  1. Enter the Reason or Chief Complaint for the patient's visit
  2. Click and select the Encounter Type for this appointment
  3. For Workers' Comp encounter type, click None or select the Previous Claim associated for the appointment
  4. For Workers' Comp encounter type, select the Claim Status type
  5. Click on OK

6. Extending or Collapsing the Appointment Time Slot

  1. Drag and drop the time slot using the up and down arrow indicator near the equals sign
  2. Delete the appointment with the trash bin icon

When changing the appointment duration, a modal pops up to confirm these changes
