View and Manage My Messages as a Coordinator

1. Go to the Messages Page from the Side Navigation Bar

Go to the Messages Page from the Side Navigation Bar,

1.1. Alternatively you may use the Top Navigation Bar

2. Create a New Message

3. Send the Message

  1. When you select the user from the top drop down, you will be able to see information about the user.
  2. Create a Subject for the message
  3. Enter in the body message for the user
  4. You can select multiple files when attaching documents. (.docx, .pdf, .jpeg, .png, .xlsx, .csv, etc.)
  5. Confirm by clicking on "Send Message"

Click on the Return to Inbox link to cancel the create a message process.

Send the Message

4. View or Manage Messages in Your Inbox

  1. Click on the Subject link to enter the message
  2. Clicking on Trash will delete the message and bring it to the Trash tab

5. View the Message

Click on the REPLY button to respond

View the Message

6. View your Provider Inbox

This inbox allows you to message on behalf of the provider

7. View or Manage Messages in Your Sent Folder

This inbox allows you to view sent messages

8. View or Manage Messages in Your Trash Folder

Once you restore a message from your trash folder it will return to your Inbox
