Schedule Availability for a Provider as a Coordinator

1. Enter Availability Schedule Page From the Side Navigation Bar

Go to Availability Schedule Page From the Side Navigation Bar,

1.1. Alternatively by the Top Navigation Bar

Or the Top Navigation Bar

2. Setting a Schedule

  1. Select the name of the Provider
  2. Set status as Available or Not Available for the following dates and times
  3. The Appointment schedule Type sets the time of availability for these appointments
    -On Duty shows that this provider is ready to take an appointment
    -Appointment shows this provider is available by appointment only
    -On Call sets the time of availability to see patients that have entered the patient waiting room
    -Do Not Disturb sets the time that you are not available to see patients
  4. Select the Employer (If not sure of the name ask a Link2MD employee via email)
  5. (Optional) Select Start and End date for this entry
  6. Select the Start and End time of each shift for this entry
  7. (Optional) Input the days of the week
  • If there are conflicting schedules and times, the last entry will take precedence over the first entry
  • After you have set the availability for a provider, the page will refresh and to make any other changes to that provider's schedule, you will need to repeat the steps

3. Removing a scheduled entry

If an entry is no longer valid or the provider has returned, you may click on Delete to remove the entry and ruling
