Create a Referral as an Employer

1. Starting from your Link2MD Dashboard. Click My Admin Settings > New Referrals.

2. Click Create New Referral to create a referral. View the referrals that you have already created below, and their status.

Referral Status:

Accepted: This referral has been accepted by Link2MD

Denied: This referral has been denied by Link2MD

Pending: This referral is awaiting to be accepted or denied by Link2MD

3. Fill out the referral form, and click submit.

3.1 If files need to be uploaded, check the box next to There are files to upload for this referral. After clicking submit you will be directed to a page to upload documents.
