Search the Patient's Encounter Work Status Report as an Employer

1. Navigate to Search Encounters by the Side Navigation Bar

  1. My Admin Settings
  2. Search for Encounters

2. Alternatively by the Top Navigation Bar

3. Click on Search Filters and Enter in Search Fields

  1. Search by First name or Last name and or Patient ID
  2. Confirm DOB is black before clicking on search
  3. Click on Search when finished

There are other fields you may use to find the patient and encounter if you wish or have that available, such as Triage Number or Encounter ID

4. View Work Status Report

You should see all the work status information here. If something seems incorrect, you may contact a coordinator via email for corrections or questions
