Manually Send a Welcome Email to a Patient

1. Send a Manual Welcome E-mail

Sending a Welcome Email can be useful if the patient never received the email during account creation. A welcome email can only be sent when there is one saved.

Send an Automated Welcome E-mail

2. The Automated Welcome E-mail will alert you when it is sent

Automated Welcome E-mail message has been sent

3. The information sent to the patient allows them to setup their password and use the portal
