Select a Patient's Preferred Method of Appointment Notification as a Coordinator
1. Create or Search the User
2. Select the Preferred Notification Method
E-mail and or Mobile Number must be entered in for either of the appointment notifications to work. Please choose one or the other
- Enter in a current E-Mail Address
- Enter a Phone Number (This is typically a landline number)
- Enter in a Mobile Number (This is a cellar phone line)
- Select the Preferred Notification Method by asking the patient
Patient's should receive a reminder 24 hours before and or 30 minutes before an appointment.
