Upload Files into an Encounter or Patient as a Coordinator

1. Search Encounters to upload or Select Uploads

  1. My Admin Settings
  2. Steps 1-3 will cover Uploads directly into an Encounter
  3. Jump to step 5 for Uploads directly to a Patient

Check the encounter to see if a similar file already exists before uploading, be sure that it corresponds with the encounter.

  1. Click on EXPAND (+) / COLLAPSE (-)
  2. Click on UPLOAD NEW FILE

2. Select File

Drag and drop a file directly into the Select File box or click the Drop Files Here or Click to Upload link to locate the file on your computer

3. Select File Category

Visibility of files are controlled by file types. (Example: Work Status types are visible to patients, coordinators, employer, claim admins and providers.  However, Workers comp forms are visible by all except for the patient).
Once the file has been uploaded the page will refresh and you will see the file under the Files section for the encounter.

  1. Click on DROP DOWN to select File Category
  2. Click on UPLOAD

4. Finished!

Select Files to Upload in Uploads Section

  1. Input a name of the file
  2. Select the best fitting File Category
  3. Search for the Patient

Select Upload and the file should now be in the Patients Files
