How to Create a Zip Archive or File of a Recent Encounter

  1. Go to My Admin Settings
  2. Search by encounter (Steps below are by encounters)
  3. OR Search by users

2. Select or search a recent patient within an encounter

Several options when looking for a patient

  • Turn on Filters if you would like to search by a specific field
  • Input patient name directly into the search box to find them in the list
  • Click on the patient link if they are visible in recent encounters

3. Enter the patient's dashboard

4. Select a file to create into a zip

  1. You may select a file to create as a zip
  2. You can select a start date or end date range of files needed for the zip
  3. When ready, click on 'Create Zip Archive'
  4. If made by mistake click on 'Delete' to start over
