How to Create a Zip Archive or File of a Recent Encounter
1. Navigate to a patient's dashboard
- Go to My Admin Settings
- Search by encounter (Steps below are by encounters)
- OR Search by users
2. Select or search a recent patient within an encounter
Several options when looking for a patient
- Turn on Filters if you would like to search by a specific field
- Input patient name directly into the search box to find them in the list
- Click on the patient link if they are visible in recent encounters
3. Enter the patient's dashboard
4. Select a file to create into a zip
- You may select a file to create as a zip
- You can select a start date or end date range of files needed for the zip
- When ready, click on 'Create Zip Archive'
- If made by mistake click on 'Delete' to start over
