Create and Start an "On The Fly" Encounter as a Coordinator

1. Create an "On The Fly" Encounter from the Side Navigation Bar

"On The Fly" = An unscheduled appointment with a provider

Go to the Create Encounters Page From the Side Navigation Bar

1.1. Alternatively from the Top Navigation Bar

Or from the Top Navigation Bar,

2. Select a Patient

Select a Patient

3. Select a Visit Type

Choose the best Visit Type for this patient

4. Provider Search finds a provider

  1. Select licensed state
  2. Check off to include offline providers (in the event a provider if currently offline)
  3. Search
