Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment as a Coordinator

1. Canceling an Appointment from Schedule Appointments

  1. Select the Provider
  2. Select the Day View from the options
  3. Click on TRASH ICON to Cancel the appointment that is created
  4. Click and select a Reason for Canceling.
  5. Click OK to confirm
    The appointment should then turn black which means the appointment was successfully canceled

You may also cancel appointments from the week view

If you are rescheduling an Appointment, it is best to view the Provider Calendar from the Month View first.
If you want to reschedule an Appointment to a different week, stay on Month view, then click and drag the Appointment to the Day of different week.
If you want to reschedule an Appointment to a different day during the same week, stay on Week view, then click and drag the Appointment to the Day of same week. If you want to reschedule an Appointment to a different time in the same day, stay on Day view, then click and drag the Appointment to the desired time slot.

1. Click and drag APPOINTMENT to desired new time slot.

2. Canceling an Encounter from an Encounter Room

  1. Click on Cancel Encounter
  2. Select the Reason for cancellation

Cancel Encounter
The system will bring you back to your dashboard

3. Rescheduling an Appointment from the Schedule Appointment View

  1. Select Provider
  2. Select Patient
  3. Choose Day view
  4. Drag and drop the appointment to the correct time
  5. Click OK to confirm change
