Create a Zip File of a Patient's Medical Records as a Coordinator

1. Enter the Search Users or Search Encounters page to find the patient's dashboard

2. Search for the Patient of the encounter

  1. Find the recent patient from this list
  2. You may search for the encounter using the filter and search box

3. Or you may search the user directly by name or Portal User ID

4. Create the categories for the Zip file

  1. Select the Files Categories that you would like to include in this Zip file (You are able to select multiple categories at a time)
  2. Enter in the Start and End date range for when these files were created
  3. Click on Create Zip Archive
  4. User the Delete button if a zip was created in error
