View, Edit, and or Save the Encounter SOAP Note

1. Open the SOAP Note Preview

Clicking on Report Preview will bring up a second window of the current SOAP Note.

2. View and Save the SOAP Note

3. Overwrite the SOAP Note

If changes need to be made, you can click on the Notes tab and make changes. You will be prompted to overwrite the SOAP note if there was one already saved.
