Create a PR-2 for WC or Telepsych After an Encounter as a Provider

1. Select a PR-2 for WC or PR-2 for Telepsych

  1. Select Workers' Comp Form Data tab
  2. Click on PR-2
  3. Click on PR-2 Telepsych (Jump to step 3)

2. Input the Progress information for WC PR-2

  1. Select at least one Report Type
  2. Fill in the necessary information for the patient for their progress report and specific dates to remain off work etc.

Select 'Update and Preview' to review the report and to save

Select Save, PR-2 can be viewed under Patient Files tab

3. Input the Progress information for Telepsych PR-2

Update and Preview when complete

Save when completed
