Open invite in your email and click on the Click Here link

1. Check Remember my choice for all links of this type for the browser to automatically launch the Zoom application in the future
2. Click on the Launch Application button

1. Enter your name to display in the video. Check Remember my name for future meetings
2. Click on the Join button

The Zoom video window opens and the Encounter begins and a random Participant ID & Meeting ID # is generated.

When the Encounter is finished click the End Meeting button

Another window will pop up, click the End Meeting for All button
