Add Patient Allergies, Pharmacies, or Reported Self-Prescriptions in DoseSpot as a Provider

1. Go to the Patient Search Page

  1. Click the My Practice tab either on the side bar or the top navigation bar
  2. Select the Search Users button
Go to the Patient Search Page

2. Search the Patient by name or other identifiers

  1. Enter the First Name & Last Name (You may use other identifiers as well)
  2. Click the SEARCH button
Search the Patient

3. Go to the Patient Profile

Click the Patient Profile by confirming their date of birth

Go to the Patient Profile

4. Go to the DoseSpot Control Panel Page

Click the DOSESPOT CONTROL PANEL button

Go to the Prescribe Page

5. Switch between tabs

  1. Click on the specific tab to report
  2. Click on Update DoseSpot Record when finished
Go to Self Reported Prescriptions
