2. Enter Injury Details

  1. Select the criteria for the injury
  2. Select Add Injury when complete
  3. Mark if injury was treated previously
  4. Input the address when given
  5. Click on Save

3. Enter the Treatment Details

Enter in Treatment Progress when given
