View and Manage My Messages as a Client Administrator
1. Go to the Messages Page from the Side Navigation Bar
1.1. Or the Top Navigation Bar
3. Send the Message
- Type in the users name to find them in the portal
- Create a subject
- Click on the Return to Inbox link to cancel the create message process
- You can select multiple files when attaching documents. You can attach basic file types to messages such as, .docx, .pdf, .jpeg, .png, .xlsx, .csv, etc.
4. View or Manage Messages in Your Inbox
- When in the inbox tab
- Click on the message you would like to view
- You can delete the message if you would not long like to see it
