Run a Report as a Client Administrator

1. Find the Client Page from the Side Navigation Bar

Go to the Client Page from the Side Navigation Bar,

1.1. As an alternative you may access this through the top navigation bar

Or the Top Navigation Bar

2. Search for the client

  1. Type the client or sub client name in the search
  2. Click on the + sign to expand the details

3. Click on a report you would like to view

  1. Utilization Report
  2. Weekly Report
  3. Patient Report
  4. Overview Report
  5. Provider Encounter Totals
  6. Neurostim Candidates Report

4. Enter in report criteria

  1. Select a date range (Format: Year-Month-Day)
  2. Click on check boxes that apply to the statistics you would like to view (Anything with the word converted at the end brings PST, CST, MDT, EST time zones and applies to your local time zone)
  3. 'SUBMIT' will generate that report on the bottom of the page, edit the selection and re-submit to make changes before saving or downloading
  • 'SAVE REPORT' will save these options for a later time (There is no delete option at this time, so saved reports will remain at the top of your reporting)
  • 'DOWNLOAD AS CSV' will download this as a CSV file onto your computer (NOTE: You will need to save this as a .xslv file within excel afterwards in order to edit and save this document properly)

5. All other reporting has the same concept layout

  1. Select the criteria
  2. 'SUBMIT' to apply
  3. View at the bottom of the page or 'DOWNLOAD AS CSV' to work on your computer
