Search and Manage User Information as a Client Administrator
1. Go to Search Users page from the side navigation bar

2. Search for the User
The Client Identifier is the unique identifier that is set by the client administrator upon importing that user.
2.1. Use Last Five Searches
Under the Last 5 Searches section is a list of the last five search criteria to easily research users

3. Open the User's Information

4. Update the User's Information
- Click on the CANCEL button to discard any changes and start a new search
- Depending on the User Role of the user that you are editing, there may or may not be the same fields
- If the Sex field is set to Unknown, that means that the user was created without their sex specified
- Use the Is EIN? check box to indicate the type of number set in the SSN/EIN (Social Security Number / Employer Identification Number) field
