Update Automatic System Emails as a Client Administrator

1. Enter the Email Admin page from the side navigation bar

  1. Click on My Admin Settings drop down menu
  2. Click on Email Admin tab
Go to the Email Admin Page From Side Navigation Bar,

1.1. Another way is through the top navigation bar

  1. Click My Admin Settings tab
  2. Click on Email Admin
Or From the Top Navigation Bar

2. Preview an Automated Email

  1. Select the desired client to edit, in this case it is 'Link2MD'
  2. Click the PREVIEW button to view the current template (You have the ability to enter the Edit mode through this view as well)
  3. If you want to edit the Email directly, click on the EDIT button

3. Edit the Automated Email

  1. Click on the EDIT button
  2. Click the Back to Index link to view the other email templates

4. Edit the Automated Email

  1. Edit the Subject
  2. Edit the template body
  3. Click on the SUBMIT button when finished
  4. Or return back to the index
