Update My Profile as a Client Administrator

1. Select Profile page from the side profile bar

Go to the Profile Page From the Side Navigation Bar,

2. Update Personal Information

  • Date of birth is very important here as it is used to confirm a change in password
  • Sex will be default as unknown, however we do advise users to complete this option when possible

2.2. Select Your Language and Timezone

  1. Changing the timezone will refresh the page and any unsaved changes will be removed
  2. Select your timezone to be in tune with time changes within the portal and reporting
  3. The SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page in each profile tab can be used to save changes made to other tabs.

3. Upload Profile Images

  1. Click on the Profile Images tab
  2. Uploading a photo will refresh the page and any unsaved changes will be removed
  3. The SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page in each profile tab can be used to save changes made to other tabs

3.1. Select a Photo

  1. Follow the steps native to your operating system when locating and selecting an image from your computer
  2. If a file was added by mistake, click on cancel

3.2. Crop the Photo

  1. Crop the photo by dragging the transparent circles to size
  2. Crop & Upload when complete

3.3. Stop the Upload in error

Click on Abort if you uploaded by accident, you may also upload over the photo in the event you uploaded by mistake
