Approve or Deny an Appointment as a Patient

1. Log into the Portal and Approve or Deny an Appointment

When you approve an appointment the Patient Status will change to Approved. When you deny an appointment the Patient Status will change to Denied.

Denying the appointment will also cancel the appointment.

If you deny the scheduled appointment, contact a medical coordinator by Email or Phone with your next availability
