Update My Profile Information Using My Link2MD Patient Portal
1. Go to My Account From the Side Navigation Bar
1.1. Or the Top Navigation Bar
1.2. Or the Dashboard
2. Enter Account Details
Red asterisks indicate required fields. You must enter a valid email address. If the Sex field is set Unknown, that means that when your account is created the sex was not specified, so you will need to specify your Sex. It is not required, but we highly recommend it.
2.1. Enter Contact Information
2.2. Select Your Languages
You can select multiple languages
2.3. Select Your Time Zone
Changing the timezone will refresh the page and any unsaved changes will be removed
2.4. Specify Who We Can Share Your Health Information To
Select a provider, click in the Providers field and search for the name of the provider that is in the system
The Other field is a free text field in which you can type the full name of the person that we can share health information with
3. Upload or Update Profile Images
Follow steps 3.1 through 3.3 for each file upload
3.1. Select the Photo
Follow the steps native to your operating system when locating and selecting an image from your computer.
3.2. Position the Photo
The cropping tool will be rectangle shaped for ID Card/Drivers License and Insurance Cards.
4. Set the Pharmacy
You must have either both the ZIP Code and City filled out or one of those fields in order to select a pharmacy.
