Click on the My Account tab and select Profile

1. Confirm your primary spoken language(s)
2. Name Providers or Other individuals you approve to share information with (You may also wish to alert our staff with these updates)
3. Click on the SUBMIT

1. Click on the Profile Images tab.
2. Click on CHANGE and find a recent photo of yourself
3. Click on CHANGE and take a picture of your Government Issued ID card
4. Click ADD to upload your insurance ID
5. Click SUBMIT to confirm your Profile Images

This section allows you to include your preferred pharmacy near you. You may also wish to alert your provider directly.
