Send Message to My Provider as a Patient
1. Select My Account and Click on Messages
Patients have the ability to message a provider after an encounter visit
2. Open a New Message
3. Create and Send a Message to Your Provider After the Encounter
- Providers can be seen and selected after their initial encounter
- Reference your Encounter such as #35760 (This alerts the provider/coordinator about the proper case)
- Messages will initially be reviewed by Medical Coordinators who are able to provide a quick responses on the behalf of the doctor whenever possible
- Click SEND
