View and Manage My Messages Using My Link2MD Patient Portal
1. Go to the Messages Page from the Side Navigation Bar
It can be access directly from "Messages" or by clicking on the drop down for "My Account" > "Messages"
1.1. Or the Top Navigation Bar
2. Create a New Message from Your Inbox
2.1. Or from Your Medical Team
2.2. Send the Message
Click on the Return to Inbox link to cancel the create message process
As a patient, you are allowed to only send messages to providers that are in your medical team
3. View or Manage Messages in Your Inbox
3.1. View the Message and Reply
