Join a Video Encounter with a User
Please refer to the Download & Install Zoom for My Desktop/Laptop or Smart Phone to have the Zoom application installed on your device for the video encounter.
1. Click the Video Link in the Email Invitation
Click the first link to join the encounter video and click the second link for the Terms of Service to review the Terms of Service
1.1. Click the Video Link in the SMS Message
Select the first link to join the video and select the second link to review the Terms of Service
2. Set Password (Optional)
You may not need to set a password in this step. The password set here will be the password you use to log in to your account.
Once you enter your password the SUBMIT button will illuminate.
3. Read and Agree to the Terms of Service
Click on the (+) icon to view the Term of Service
4. Zoom will launch
Zoom video window opens and the Encounter begins. Confirm your audio and microphone work by greeting any participants
