Search for Claims as a Claims Administrator

1. Navigate to Claims Admin page

Go to the Claim Search Page From the Side Navigation Bar,

1.1. Alternatively you may access this from My Admin Settings

Or the Top Navigation Bar

2. Search for a Claim

  • It is best to search by First or Last name
  • You can try to search by claim number if a claim number has already been set for the patient
  • Click on SUBMIT to see the results

3. View Search Results

  • If the Claim Number for a claim is blank, this means that it was not set in the encounter when it was created
  • If the Claim Status for a claim is blank, this means that it was not set in the encounter when it was created or that it is not a Workers' Comp claim
  • The Claim Enter Date field uses UTC for the time zone
  1. Change the amount of entries visible
  2. Search field is used for a quick search
  3. Click on the 'pen and paper' icon to view the claim
