View Patient's Medical Files as a Claims Administrator
1. Click on Claims Admin
- My Admin Settings
- Claims Admin
2. Open the Claim Details
- Search for patient claim by entering in first and last name or the claim number associated with the patient
- Click on Submit to search
- Click on the paper and pen to open up the file
3. Click on Related Encounters Tab
Select the file to view in a .pdf
4. View Patient's Medical Files
