Remove or Cancel a Scheduled Appointment as an Answering Service Coordinator
1. Enter the Portal
https://portal.link2mdgroup.com/login
- Enter Username and Password
- Click the LOG IN Button
If you want to be remembered by your browser, click the Remember Me check box in yellow.
2. Navigate to Schedule Appointment
Navigate to Schedule Appointment
- Select the appropriate provider
- Select the patient (Confirm date of birth if any duplicates)
- Click the day to view the appointment (Click the box, and not the appointment time)
TIPS! You may change the view by clicking Month, Week, or Day in the yellow box
3. Removing/deleting the appointment scheduled
Look for the time slot of the appointment and click on the red trash bin icon on the far right side of the appointment
5. Appointment changes to black in color and you are done
When you see the appointment time turn to black, you are finished canceling or removing this appointment
If no changes are necessary, you may alert a coordinator via email so that they are aware of the change.
