Update My Profile Using as a Biller
1. Go to the Profile Page From the Side Navigation Bar
- Click on the My Account drop down menu
- Click on the Profile tab
1.1. Or the Top Navigation Bar
- Click on the My Account drop down menu
- Click on the Profile tab
2. Enter Personal Information
Enter information in the required fields
3. Enter Contact Information
Enter information in the fields that apply to you
4. Indicate the Languages You Speak
Select all of the languages that you speak from the Languages Spoken drop down menu
5. Select Your Time Zone
- Click on the CHANGE button
- Select a time zone from the Time Zone drop down menu
6. Upload Your Profile Photo
- Click on the CHANGE button
- The page will refresh once you have successfully uploaded your profile photo, so please save and changes made to this page before uploading a new image
6.1. Locate the Image on Your Computer
Click on the Drop Files Here or Click to Upload link or drag your files directly into the Select Image box
6.2. Select Your Photo
- Click on the image to select it
- Click on the Open button
6.3. Crop the Photo
- Click and drag the canvas to crop the image
- Click on the CROP & UPLOAD button
6.4. Cancel the Upload (Optional)
Click on the ABORT button
7. Save Changes
Click on the SUBMIT button
