View Patient Forms as a Biller
1. Navigate to Billing Admin View from the Dashboard
2. Search for Patient
Search using First and Last name or other fields associated with the patient
3. Select the + Sign to Expand the Encounter
- You may enter the encounter by clicking on View/Edit #3261
- Add a CPT code in this view
- View any Forms associated with this patient or encounter
